Sports Camp

While Carter was in Waco, Cade, Cambrie Mae and I spent a few days in Fort Worth visiting old friends.  We had a blast!!!  It was so encouraging to spend some time with a few of my favorite people. Cade loved every minute of the trip.  We stayed with Jen and her boys so it was so fun for the kids to wake up and immediately have playmates!  It was like a week long sleepover! After a bit of a rough summer for me it felt so good to sit with friends who really know you and who felt like home.  I love how with these girls we can not talk for months and still pick up right where we left off.  Here are some pics of our trip.  I was so sad I couldn't get a picture with everyone we saw!

 We planned our trip around Sports Camp which is put on by Cityview Church.  It was rained out 2 of the 3 days but thankfully the boys were able to go the last night.  Cade had a blast.  He loved getting to see all of his old friends and people who have loved him since he was a baby. 

Such a great little trip and I think we may just make it a yearly thing.
