We are trying to soak up every last minute of summer around here! I do love Fall, especially here in our town, but I want to enjoy these last few 'lazy' days of summer. We have a fun little trip planned this weekend, trips to the grandparents for the boys and Fort Worth friend reunion for me and Cade. So lots of summer fun still to be had.
Here's what we were up to in July...
While the boys went to school on Wednesdays, Cambrie Mae and I enjoyed some fun one on one time. It's always a nice break to only have 1 child at the grocery store!
Cade and I went to see Monsters University. One of the top things on our summer to do list. I thought it was a cute movie, but Cade didn't like it as well as the first one.
Lots and lots of ice cream eating going on around here.
Many days are spent playing at home. Much to her brothers dismay, Cambrie Mae is on the move and tries to explore everything her brothers are doing. She loves them and wants to constantly be where they are playing.
We celebrated Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fil A.
Cambrie Mae enjoying a little lounge time with her bestie Kathryn at a birthday party. We have been going to birthday parties non stop this summer. Such a blessing to celebrate with so many friends.
We have frogs everywhere around our house! The boys love to get their nets and catch frogs in the evenings.
Matt put floors in one of our rent houses. It was a rough week or so but it looks amazing! I'm always so impressed with his handiwork.
Naked baby in a laundry basket, can't get much cuter!
As part of his graduation to big boy this summer Carter got a major haircut. I still miss his shaggy hair so I'm thinking it will make a reappearance once the weather cools down.
Another milestone for him (and me)....potty training! He's done great and has fully moved to no more diapers!
My three little lovies in the tub. Sweet Mae thinks its the best.thing.ever! My heart and tub are full!
Well that about sums up our month. We are looking forward to a lot more fun memories made in the next couple of weeks!
