Thankful Thursday

1. Spring!  Although wintery weather has returned for the weekend, it is officially spring!  We have been enjoying many warmer afternoons outside the past couple of weeks.  My boys love it!  They thrive being outdoors exploring and getting dirty and being boys.  I walked out back one day to find Carter with his pants at his ankles while Cade was teaching him how to 'pee' outside.  Awesome.

2. Friends.  My sweet husband and friends threw me a birthday party.  It was perfect complete with cookie cake and Blue Bell ice cream.  So thankful for the community we have here.  Sadly, I only took one pic the whole night but glad I got this one!

3.  My parents who came and spent the weekend with us.  It was fun getting to spend some one on one time with them.  My mom and I were able to sneak away for a little shopping in the City and my dad took Cade to a baseball game.  Such a fun weekend spent with family.  We were all sad to see them go. 

4. Carter self portraits.  Carter loves to steal my phone and take a pleathora of photos of himself and his surroundings.  The other night I came back in the living room from getting Cade out of the bath and I literally had almost 100 'selfies' of Carter.  Good thing he's cute!
