Vacation

This past week Matt took off a few days and we headed down to College Station. We had an amazing time hanging out with some of our favorite people, staying up way too late, eating lots of yummy food, and lots of swimming. I couldn't have asked for a better week of vacation with my 2 boys.

The first part of the week we stayed with the Bacak family. We celebrated Treston's 4th birthday and ate way too much fruit pizza. Cade LOVED it at their house. I hardly ever saw him! He was too busy chasing the big kids around the whole time.

After a few days of Bacak fun, we headed out to the Birkenfelds. They have the amazing opportunity/blessing of living out in the country with a family from their church. We had a great time hanging out with them and the Prices. Again ate way too much fruit pizza, stayed up way too late, but had such a great time just sitting and talking with friends. Their our no limits on our conversation topics, which can be scary at times, but it was so good for my soul to talk through some serious and not so serious issues with these people. Apparently I was not so good at documenting our time here, but these are a few pics of the babies.

The only bad thing about vacation is the mounds of laundry and empty pantry you come home too.....

Ash- we wish y'all would have been here too! That would have been perfect!

I think Cade has a permanent smile. I've never seen a picture that he's not smiling. He's too sweet, but so is his momma.
