Houston Fun

Last week we were in Houston all week while Matt worked at the weather service. Cade and I were able to go with him this time! A big thank you to Albert and Denese Kiecke for letting us stay with them. It was so nice to be able to go as a family this time. Cade met some fun people while we down there and spent some quality time with the Houston family as well. It was nice to take a little vacation for a few days, but we are glad to be back!! Here are some pictures of our adventures while in League City.

We had lunch with Jessica, my good friend from junior high/high school. She just graduated from nursing school at UTMB. Congrats Jess!!

Then we met Katie (another old friend) for some Chick Fil A ice cream!

The Kiecke's neighbors also have a little boy named Cade who is 7 months old. The Cades had a great time hanging out together.

Cade gave Denese some good Grandma practice for when little Sawyer comes in July!

Next stop was Sugarland where we were able to hang out with Carissa and Eden!

Then we headed on up to Cy-Fair to see my Dad's side of the family. Thanks to Uncle Mike and Aunt Sloane for keeping our little man so we could go on a date!

Harrison just loved Cade!

Hi Erin, Matt & Cade - yes, I totally enjoyed your visit & hope you can come again. Thanks for allowing me to "practice" with Cade. BTW I'd just returned from working out hence my red face & unkempt attire! And the reason I'm working out is to build up my upper body strength in order to be able to hold little Sawyer for hours & hours on end. And a special thanks to Cade's grandmas for sharing him with me this time. I know it must be hard to do - he's such a cutie.
