While watching some March Madness:
C: "Mommy, is that boy?" (referring to a player on the screen)
M: Cade say "Go Duke!!" (while watching more bball)
C: Mommy, Duke(my parents black lab) Nonnie's house...
M: Cade, Mommy wants a Sonic drink
C: Yeah Mommy Di Coke
(A bit sad that he knows my order....)
We made smoothies for breakfast one morning and Cade kept calling it his 'soobie'
Every night before bed we have our Bible story time and then we sing songs. Just this week Cade has started singing along with me during "Holy, Holy, Holy". It is the sweetest thing to hear his little voice singing to Jesus.
Matt's day off was Tuesday and we took a little Family Date Night to Yum-me (frozen yogurt). We were excited to discover they had dairy free sorbet! So Cade was able to experience 'ice cream' for the first time. He loved it! Perfect ending to a restful family day.
