Cade learned a new trick this week! I put him down for his nap on Monday afternoon. He fussed for a bit like he always does when he goes down for nap. However, a few minutes later I noticed he had stopped so I went to see if he was sleeping. This is what I found:
He had rolled over from his stomach to his back!! He was so proud of himself. I rolled him back over and left him to go to sleep. Then a few minutes later I heard him talking to himself and went back to find that he was talking to his mobile! So precious.
However, I'm now ready for him to learn to roll over from his back to his stomach because it makes him quite angry in the middle of the night when he ends up on his back! This kid will only sleep for long periods on his stomach.

This is the point where we bought one of those things that is like a roll that goes on either side of their body so they can't roll over at night! I think they're meant to keep them from turning to their stomach but my boys only slept downward also and it helped to keep the throwup from choking them all night!!! I know, to much info!

Eli has quite mastered the roll yet...I think it's probably better that he hasn't- once he figures out that all he has to do to see his 'jungle friends' (his mobile) is to roll over, the child will never sleep!
I can't believe he is already rolling over! Geeze, he is growing up too fast!

Hey, don't know if you really know who I am, but we went to school together at Midway. Your little boy is adorable and it is soo exciting all the new tricks they pick up! Ya'll have a beautiful family and tell Matt that James Heard said hello.
