Cambrie Mae:2 Months

Our sweet girl is 2 months old.  She is growing like crazy and has filled out quite a bit this month.  We are starting to settle in a nice little routine around here and it feels so good.  As each day passes I feel less overwhelmed by all the little people running around my home.  On one hand I can't believe she's already two months old but then I start thinking about it and I feel like this has been the longest two months ever..ha!

Here's a little bit about Cambrie Mae at 2 months....

She is smiley!! Her sweet little smile is just about my favorite thing right now.  She will freely give out a smile to just about anyone.  She is happiest right after meal time and will just look around and smile at anything or anyone.  Her brothers are one of her favorite things and she watches them like a hawk..of course this could be out of fear for her life but I choose to believe its because she loves them. Baby girl has also found her little voice this month and will chat right back at you if you sit and talk to her.  Other milestones this month are discovering her hands, noticing more of her surroundings, and sleeping consistently in her crib.

Sleep is slowly improving.  She eats every 2-3 hours during the day and naps for about 1-1.5 hours between feedings.  In the afternoon she will usually nap for a good 2-3 hours.  The past week or so she has started going down for the night around 7-8 pm then sleeping til about midnight then waking every 3-4 hours til about 7am.  She still fights sleep but is getting much better.  Thankfully she is going back to sleep pretty much right after she eats in the middle of the night!

Cambrie Mae is weighing in at 10lbs 5 oz and is 22 inches long. She is still in size Newborn diapers but they are getting quite snug.  Most of her newborn clothes are getting too small and she's in mostly 0-3 months depending on brand.

Some of Cambrie Mae's favorite things right now are being held, having someone talk to her, her brothers and the swing.  The things that are NOT her favorite are bathtime, getting dressed, and being in her carseat awake and not in the moving car.

We love having a little girl around the house and love watching her grow!  It seems like she's a little bigger every day.  I love the little rolls that are starting to appear:)  Cambrie Mae, we love you so much!!!
