Matt and I were able to get away for a few days at the end of January. Matt had a conference that week in Seattle and I joined him mid week. It was amazing! We are so thankful we had this opportunity, especially with sweet Carter joining us in just 10 weeks!
Honestly we didn't do a whole lot while we were there. We walked around downtown, hit up Pike's Place Market and did a whole lot of eating :) It was great to just do what we wanted when we wanted, no schedules or toddler to worry about! The only downside to the trip was all the walking which made my feet turn into little sausages. No worries though, I did what any other 27 week pregnant women would do, bought some wider, more comfortable shoes :)
We tried to take lots of pictures but it's just awkward when there's only 2 of you. So we just took a few of scenery.
Seattle was a great place to visit and it wasn't too terribly rainy. We would definitely love to go back! Everyone there told us that their summers are beautiful....I'm thinking a future anniversary trip :)

Seattle really is fantastic in the summer! I've been there the last two summers and it is truly one of my favorite places!
