We started out by making Birthday cupcakes for Jesus. This was great and fun except Cade did not understand why they needed to be baked :) He was ready to eat just the batter!
Cade wasn't sure about unwrapping presents, but once he opened his Thomas we didn't hear a word from him the rest of the evening. We tried to get him to look at his stocking but he just couldn't tear himself away from the train. However, the rest of Christmas with our families he thought every present would be another choo-choo....
Matt won the gift award this year! He had our wedding picture/vows put on a gallery board designed by our good friend/photographer Ryan Price.
It is amazing!! It has been something I've wanted done since we got married.
After some playtime/bath we had our final Advent reading for the season. Here's a little video peak at what Advent devotional time was like at our house this year...
I love my little family and can't wait to celebrate with 2 little boys next year!!!
