Celebrating!

Last weekend we had a weekend of celebrations! It all started Thursday night with my brother Ryan's graduation from high school.

After a fun night of celebrating with my brother and the family, we headed to Athens on Friday to begin Carrie's wedding festivites! Carrie and I have been friends for a long time. I was her Basic Group leader at Impact when she was an incoming Freshman and I was a sophomore. We had a great time celebrating the start of her new life with Jon. It was so great to be a part of this special day!

The wedding was beautiful! It was on the front lawn of her house in Athens. The whole time I felt like we were in a movie. There were white folding chairs, tents, twinkle lights...it was perfect, definitely Carrie.

We had a great weekend visiting with friends and family, but we were so ready to come home! Cade did great, but was all tuckered out by Saturday night!

We have another fun filled weekend ahead at Lake LBJ with my family! Gotta love summertime!
