Today is our Godson Treston's 2nd birthday! Oh what a joy he is in our life! Since my job is pretty awesome I get to hang out with little TBear everyday. It brings such happiness to my heart every morning when I walk in the door and see his big smile waiting to greet me.
Treston, you are so special to us. We love reading books to you, taking you on Godparent dates, watching for big trucks drive with you, swimming with you, but most of all praying for you. We have stood amazed at how already God has done so much in your life, we can't wait to see what else God has in store for you!
This is our prayer for you as you grow older.
Colossians 1:9-10,13-14
9 So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10 Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better.
13 For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, 14 who purchased our freedom[d] and forgave our sins.

Oh my word...tears! That prayer is all I could ever ask anyone to pray for our son!!! You guys are the biggest blessing to us!!! Every child should have such loving godparents and prayer warriors in their life.
